Supply chain responsiveness creates value for firms and their stakeholders is a key towards generating above-normal profits firms. Consequently, there has been surge of research on it, which expanded due to the pressures be responsive during pandemic COVID19. Responsiveness an attribute wherein supply chains are equipped respond resolutely within suitable timeframe consumer requirements. The trouble businesses posed by COVID-19 caught several off-guard. Further, limited augmentation through new technologies. present research, therefore, applies hybrid approach combining fuzzy Delphi AHP understand technology-driven enablers employing case company in food retail. investigation reveals that integration technologies, sustainable manufacturing smart warehousing most important context chains. results aid need attention resources directed these eliminate chance missing successful transition into more chain.
